Semester 1 is common for all disabilities (HI, VI, MR/ID). The questions are usually direct.

- Paper A2 (Contemporary India): “SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan)” and “RTE Act 2009” are asked every year.

How to Analyze a Question Paper? (Student Strategy)
Don’t just read the paper; analyze it.
- Mark Repeated Questions: If a question appeared in 2022 and 2024, it has a high chance of appearing in 2026.
- Check the Terminology: RCI changes terms. “Mentally Retarded” is now “Intellectual Disability.” “Deaf” is often referred to as “Hearing Impairment.” Be careful with these terms in your answers.
- Time Management:
- Long Answers (4 questions): Spend 30 mins each = 2 Hours.
- Short Answers (5 questions): Spend 10 mins each = 50 Mins.
- Review: 10 Mins.
